Euro Defi is a European
Economic Interest Group (EEIG) with it's
in Brussels.
Euro Defi EEIG is made up of 
National Networks
of member firms. Each National Network is headed up by a National Correspondent
who, together with the EEIG President and Management team, becomes an active
member
of
the
European Committee.
The
European Committee
meets twice a year to agree the strategy for the international network. The
current president is Gilles de Courcel, Manager partner from Ricol, Lastery & Associés in Paris.
The 
Management team
is based in Barcelona and includes José Bertran, a spanish lawyer as Manager and Carla Fontanet, based in Frankfurt at Permanent Secretariat, as Assistant Manager . Their main concern is the co-ordination of members' activities and the planning and administering of the affairs of the international network.
